Thanks for your order, whatever reason you have for returning an item, we are happy to exchange or issue a credit for your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. Simply print and complete a returns form (see link below). We ask all our customers before returning your purchase to ensure the product is unused and in the original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Please click here to start your return.

Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We do not have a free returns system.

We suggest you use a tracked service when returning your item. 

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We’ll keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your credit note. It can take up to 7 days from the day we receive your return.
