In short, our black trolley won't stain but the white one will.

No, assembling your trolley is easy and should take approximately 15 minutes when using our easy-to-follow instructions.

Our remover is alcohol based so as long as you are confident your clients hair is clean you can re-tape and refit straight away.

If you have any doubt, we would recommend to wash the hair or tapes.

They are made from copper (nickel free) and available in silicone and non-silicone lined.

Overloading and nipping the end of the Easiloop are the only reasons for the tool to break prematurely. When looked after properly they will last for months.

Pliers should not break, but this can happen when too much pressure is applied when closing the hair extension rings. Too much pressure will also close the rings too firmly causing damage to the natural hair. Try using less pressure, your pliers will last much longer.

All of our tools have a warranty of 6 months. Our Easiloop has a warranty of 30 days.

Common Questions

You can only cancel your order within the first 30 minutes of placing the order.

If you want to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible and we can do this as long as it has not been dispatched.

Any orders that have been shipped cannot be amended and will need to be returned to us for an exchange/online credit.

As we only supply tools to hair extension specialists, there is no need to set up a trade account to shop with us!

As we aren't in the office over the weekend, any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be fulfilled and dispatched on the following Monday.
