> Tape Products Questions

• Can I refit my clients tapes in one sitting? Yes, just make sure you are using our tapes and remover and the clients hair is clean.
• Is the remover alcohol or oil based? Alcohol

>Nano & Micro Product Questions

• What is the warranty for my pliers? 6 months
• What are the rings made from? nano's are copper and micro's are aluminium
• What size are the rings? Nano = 3mm micro = 4.5mm
• Will the rings fade? No, as long as your client doesn't use heat tools on them and they use sulphate and parabens products
• How long will my Easiloop last? Overloading and nipping the end of the Easiloop are the only reasons for the tool to break prematurely. When looked after properly they will last for months.

• What is your thread made of? It is pre-bonded nylon

• How hot does the heat tool go? 220 degrees celsius
• Can I use your remover for removing bonds? Yes

• Is the trolley tint resistant? Yes
• How easy is the trolley to put together? very easy! We have easy to follow step-by-step instructions
• What heat does the trolley withstand? 120 degrees
• What extensions does the Easiweft hold? It was designed for wefts and tapes
• What extensions does the Easibond hold? It was designed for nano & micro's but will hold all hair extensions

Do I get a guarentee with Hair Made Easi products?

Yes. All tools have a warranty of 6 months except the Easiloop which has 1 month warranty
