I ordered this product in early May and didn’t receive it until June 1st. I had emailed the company a few times and they didnt seem concerned at all. Once it showed up it was missing parts. I was missing the instructions, 4 drawer fronts, 1 drawer, the hair extension holder (the reason for the purchase), the magnetic holder. The product even if it were complete seems over priced for the quality. Highly disapointed for a product ive wanted for quite some time.

It is highly unusual for a trolley to arrive with multiple parts missing, as every unit is checked before leaving our warehouse. While we cannot be certain what happened, it is possible that the package was opened during transit or customs processing. When you contacted us, we replied requesting photographs of everything you had received so we could identify exactly what was missing and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. We have since emailed again to offer replacement parts and would be delighted to put this right for you.
