At Hair Made Easi, we prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service. Please review our returns policy carefully:
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Contact our customer service team at [customer service email/phone] with your order details and a clear description of the issue, including photos if applicable.
We will provide you with a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us.
Once received and inspected, we will promptly issue a replacement or credit note.
Ordered the Wrong Item
If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the incorrect item.
You will also need to cover the postage costs for shipping the correct item back to you.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we can offer an exchange or issue a credit note to be used on future purchases.
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, complete with original packaging and tags.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are damaged, used, or not in a resalable condition.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Processing Returns
Returns are processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your exchange or credit note issued.

Proof of postage must be retained until your return has been confirmed as processed by our team.
Hair Made Easi cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit if not using our prepaid returns service for faulty or incorrect items.

International Shipping Policy
We’re proud to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. Please note the following important information regarding refused international deliveries:
If an international delivery is refused by the customer, any costs associated with the return of the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.
These charges will be calculated by the courier and may include:
- The original shipping cost (even if your order qualified for free shipping)
- Any return shipping fees charged by the courier
This amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit once the parcel is received back by us.
To avoid unnecessary charges, please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, and that you’re available to receive your parcel or make arrangements for delivery with the courier.
