RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thanks for your order, whatever reason you have for returning an item, we are happy to exchange or issue a credit for your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. Simply print and complete a returns form (see link below). We ask all our customers before returning your purchase to ensure the product is unused and in the original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, ALL products must be unopened, unused and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Please click here to start your return.

We suggest you use a tracked service when returning your item. 

For items that have been returned by our courier partners due to incorrect information being provided by you, any costs associated with re-delivery will be your responsibility.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If a fault has developed within the manufacturers warranty period, a repair, exchange or refund (including the original delivery charge where applicable) will be offered once the manufacturing fault has been confirmed.

In cases where the fault (or cause of the fault) is not apparent we reserve the right to send the item for testing. This will usually be carried out by the manufacturer and their response will be required before any actions can be taken. We will notify you of the outcome and options available. If a manufacturing fault is not found the item will be sent back to you at your cost (normally our standard delivery charge).

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for postage charges for the shipping of exchanged items. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We do not have a free returns system.

We suggest you use a tracked service when returning your item. 

 

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We’ll keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your credit note. It can take up to 7 days from the day we receive your return. 

 

WILL I HAVE TO CHARGED FOR THE FREE SHIPPING ISSUED BY HAIR MADE EASI?

If Hair Made Easi has issued you with Free Shipping with your order and you decide to return it, you will be charged for the shipping costs and it will be deducted from your refund total.
